A Whole Beef will feed a large family for about a year!
You will need 16-20 cubic feet of freezer space. In this pack you will always have nourishing beef in your freezer.
For every occasion you will be prepared with,
  • 32-36 Tender Chuck, Pot, Sirloin and Rump Roasts 
  • 20-24 Ribeye Steaks @ 12-14oz
  • 20-24 New York Steaks @ 8-10oz
  • 10-12 Tenderloin Steaks @ 4-6oz
  • 16-20 Sirloin Steaks @6-8oz
  • 120lbs of prime Ground Beef
  • 40lbs of 1/4lb Patties
  • 2 Tri-tips
  • 2 Briskets

This package will keep you prepared and ahead of the game! 


How it works: You reserve your beef today with a $1,600 non-refundable deposit. We then hand choose from our pastures the best steer and have our Butcher process your beef. All cuts will be individually wrapped, sealed and labeled. A final payment of $2,295.00 will be due as soon as your share is ready with a total of $3,895.00
These Beef Shares will be ready in September-March. They will ship out as first come first serve!
